Located in a 1980's high-rise apartment building, this 1400 sf condominium was configured
as a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. The client requested a distinct atmospheric
change from her high-pressure job as a record company executive - a simple,
yet comfortable, Zen-like atmosphere that would serve as a refuge at the
end of the day.
To accomplish these goals, DBPA Interiors developed the living room with
a palette of white fabric and natural textures, using select wood finishes.
The ash dining table is flanked by mohair upholstered benches. Bar stools
were covered in an alpaca for durability and comfort in seating. In the
master bedroom, an Elizabeth Eakins lavender linen rug reflect the smaller
accents used in the room. Custom designed linens and accessories were selected
on behalf of the owner. |
