DBPA completed the renovation of a 30-year-old resort property on a
seven-acre parcel adjoining the Civic Center Park in downtown Scottsdale,
Arizona for New York restaurateur Stephen Hanson and partners Danny and
Vito Errico. Designed to appeal to a young, urban & stylish customer, the
new hotel features updated guest rooms in five three-story buildings and
a complete renovation of the property's main public building. This building
includes a new lobby and reception area, ballroom and meeting spaces, lobby
lounge, and 350-seat indoor/outdoor restaurant.
Working with landscape architect Christy Ten Eyck and lighting designer
Richard Renfro, DBPA also designed a completely new outdoor space, including
a new pool, 2000 square-foot fitness building, outdoor bar and massage rooms. |
